What You’ll Do

• Support the end-to-end handling of immigration cases, including document collection, form preparation, and submission

• Communicate with clients and authorities (in writing and on the phone)

• Track deadlines, keep immigration files organized, and manage client expectations

• Help improve internal processes and documentation

• Use digital tools to manage your work—and ideally help us explore smarter ways to do things

• Learn and grow in your role with support from experienced team members

What You Bring

• A genuine interest in immigration, law, or international mobility

• Expertise/experience in immigration, law or international mobility is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working

• Good communication skills (especially written) in English and German

• A service mindset and the ability to stay calm and friendly—even when things get busy

• Ideally, some previous work or internship experience in a law firm, HR, mobility, or case-handling environment

• Bonus: Experience working with AI-based tools, automations, or process optimization
