Meet Nihat, our co-founding powerhouse at Expat Management Group!

With a European and Dutch law background and starting his career in Istanbul with international arbitration law, Nihat moved to London in 2006 to join the world’s largest corporate immigration law firm.

He later launched and managed their Netherlands practice in Brussels, advising multinationals and SMEs on European and Dutch immigration regulations.

With a stellar legal background and extensive experience from leading law firms, he is responsible for the Expat Management Group holding company’s vision, overall strategy, and the firm’s worldwide network.  

Nihat is passionate about teaching and whenever he's not providing client training, consultations, briefings, or speaking at a mobility conference, he teaches European and Dutch Immigration Law at the Expatise Academy and Erasmus University.

Nihat is also co-founder of the Posted Workers Alliance, the first European alliance of highly specialised labour mobility experts using high level digital technology. Further extending to his latest endeavour; The Talent Academy. 

Whenever he's not busy sharing his knowledge in the global mobility field, you can find Nihat at the ‘dojo’ as a kickboxing trainer!
